I apologize for this taking so long to get edited. I had a bit of computer trouble after finishing the first part and then it all just sort of got lost in the swamp of catching up after reloading my system. I did a bit more editing this time around and cleaned it up a little. The sound should be better. 
This video footage was taken back in May and we’ve got some updates coming. Our potatoes turned out way better than expected and we even got some very unexpected volunteers in the garden this year. Also, with as wet of a spring as it was here in Northern Utah, we had a big problem with potato bugs! Turns out that they love to hide under the paper and chew on the roots and stems of squash plants. I’m looking forward to getting a good update posted to present some of our findings and celebrate both our victories and our failures.
